Cancellation and Return Policy
Cancellation by HR Leather
Please keep in mind that we may be unable to accept and therefore must cancel some orders. We have the right to refuse or reject any purchase for any reason at our sole discretion. Limitations on available quantities for purchase, errors or faults in product or pricing information, or difficulties found by our credit and fraud avoidance department may result in your order being canceled. Before approving any order, we may additionally demand extra verifications or information. If your order is canceled in whole or part, or if additional information is necessary to accept your order, we will contact you.
Cancellations by Customers
In the event of an order cancellation request, HR Leather maintains the right to accept or reject the bid for any reason. If we get a cancellation notice and the order has not been completed/approved by us, we will cancel the order and provide you with a refund credit within 5-7 working days. Orders that have already been processed will not be able to be canceled. HR Leather has complete discretion over whether or not an order is handled. The customer does not contest HR Leather's decision and accepts HR Leather's cancellation decision.
Policy Regarding Refunds

No refunds will be issued under any circumstance, including, but not limited to, product returns due to defective products or products that do not match the original order.

Refunds will be processed only upon receiving/checking/assuring the original product.

The customer will stay responsible to pay the ship back fee while returning the product for a refund.
