HR Leather, a leather product manufacturing company states that Backpacks and handbags (hereafter referred to as "the Products") are covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing flaws only. The Warranty does not apply to:

1. Damages brought on by mishaps, carelessness, illegal repairs, tampering, loss of parts or accessories, regular wear and tear, exposure to excessively high or low temperatures, solvents, acids, or exposure of the Product to rain or water.

2. Removal of protective coatings, metallic paint, and wood finishes from locks, frames, channels, and other metallic surfaces of the Product resulted in damage.

3. Zip bursts, cracks, dents, and scratches to any components, tearing of inner lining, leather trims, net mesh, or any other fabric.

4. Damages are caused by external factors, such as fire, flood, or natural disasters.

5. Damages are caused by third-party products, such as ink or cleaning products.

6. The company will not be responsible for any damages or losses incurred as a result of the defective product.

7. The warranty does not cover damage caused by modifications or repairs made by anyone other than the company or an authorized repair center.

8. The warranty does not cover damage caused by modifications or repairs made by anyone other than the company or an authorized repair center.

9. If the customer fails to present the original receipt or other proof of purchase, along with the defective product.

10. The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable.

The company reserves the right to repair or replace the defective product, or to provide a refund at their discretion, the Company’s decision will be final and binding on the customer. In the event of a replacement, the defective Product will be replaced with a fresh Product of the same or equivalent model at the Company's discretion, and the warranty period for such new Product will begin from the date of purchase. The company reserves the right to change the terms of this warranty at any time.
